Cold applied liquids are versatile and can be used in situations where other methods are not suitable or practical.
Our specialist team have full manufacturer training that enables them to apply coatings in a variety of situations, whether these are new build applications or refurbishment of existing properties. Liquid coating solutions are incredibly versatile and can be applied to asphalt, felt, metal, concrete and many more types of surfaces.
We can offer clients specific balcony solutions which cure within thirty minutes, meaning areas can be waterproofed and traffic-able in very short periods of time.
Once it has been applied the liquid coating quickly cures to form a seamless, fully bonded flat surface that is resistant to rain. It is a cost effective roofing system as it requires very little maintenance and, thanks to its durable qualities, you can be sure of a long lasting solution that provides the upmost protection against the elements.
Liquid roofing systems can also be applied to older roofs in poor condition, giving them a new lease of life and saving on the cost of a whole new roofing system.
