Health & Safety Is Our Top Priority
Our organisation has always been associated with safe working practices and procedures. The Board of Directors within NRA Roofing believe that health and safety should serve as equal importance in all aspects of its business.
We endeavour to help everyone in our business to work safely, prevent unsafe or poor work practices and deliver a successful project. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do and total satisfaction is our goal.
We seek to comply with legislation as a minimum standard and it is the companies belief that accidents and occupational ill health can be prevented. Engaging and training our workforce is integral to maintaining a strong and positive safety culture.
We have invested heavily over the years in order to remain at the forefront of health and safety performance. With a fully staffed health, safety and environmental department, we are able to facilitate our site teams with additional support on all projects.
We have achieved 100% CSCS qualification for both staff and operatives, and all sites are audited at regular intervals by our own in-house Health & Safety Manager, to ensure total compliance with our robust Health and Safety Policy and procedures.
Accreditations
We at NRA are proud of our achievements. We always strive for excellence and our work is always undertaken to the highest safety standards. This is reflected in the accreditations we hold which include CHAS, Constructionline Gold Standard, NFRC, Safe Contractor and integral ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.
Year On Year Improvement
With numerous categories of task related training we believe that our statistics speak for themselves. Nationally within the organisation, we have seen a year on year continuous improvement and our performance in this regard is at a level with the highest achievers in our construction sector.
